Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of lip gloss and cosmetic products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
   •    Your order number
   •    Clear photos of the issue
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where Ariela Atelier is at fault (such as sending the wrong item or severe damage). Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
